Minimum order

A minimum order value of $200 (AUD) applies to all orders.

Shipping options & costs

• Standard shipping — FREE on every order.
• Express shipping — $25 (AUD) flat rate.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Standard: 2–6 business days depending on location.
• Express: 1–3 business days to most metro areas.

Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Discreet packaging

All orders are sent in plain, unbranded parcels with no reference to the contents on the outside.
